Friends, how are you? I hope you're well, and so am I. Thank goodness! I'm here again today to participate in another contest. I want to thank @nahela for organizing it. She told us she'd made us a delicious new recipe: hamburger buns. Although we've tried different types, we've not kept the hamburger bun very much in our diet. but today I am very happy to make this recipe as per the teacher's instructions, and I am discussing the details of how I completed today's recipe below, but let's get started without further delay.

1 - Make your own hamburger buns, they can be potato, sweet potato or pumpkin (include ingredients, quantities and step by step) with my recipe or any other of your preference.

● Sugar
● Potato
● Egg

The Process of recipe


Step 01

To make today's ham burger buns, first I mash the boiled potatoes well and put them in a bowl. Then I will take flour according to the amount.

Step 02
Then I will take sugar according to the amount. Then I will break a whole egg there. Then I will take yeast according to the amount. Then I will add butter according to the amount.

Step 03
Then I will mix all the ingredients and make a dough. Then I will cover it with a lid for two hours and after about two hours, I removed one of the dough and saw that my dough had doubled in size.

Step 04
Then I pressed the dough well with my hands to remove the air and kneaded it well for about a minute. Then I made three small doughs from the wrapped them like buns. Then I rolled them out. Then I'll brush the solid egg yolk and the buns well. Then I'll heat the in a fry pan oven for about ten minutes. Then I'll put a strainer on top of and I'll put the rest of my buns in there and wait for 15 to 20 minutes. Then I'll take the bun out of the oven and transfer it to a plate. Then my ham burger bun is ready.

Then I took a picture of it with my name tag, and that's how I prepared my ham burger bun today.

2 - When tasting the breads, what was your experience like? Did you like them? Explain your answer in detail.

After making the ham burger bun, I let it cool down a bit, and then I tried it out, and it was really amazing and much more fun to eat than other buns because we have always eaten buns made of flour that we use to make burgers, but today's bun is definitely a different exception because it has potatoes added. That's why children will feel much more comfortable eating it. It has grown and is a very beneficial food for children in terms of nutrition. It is also very soft and fluffy to eat, which is really wonderful to eat.

3 - In your opinion, what should a hamburger have to be perfect?

The ingredients needed to make it are certainly necessary, but in my opinion, the one that is definitely necessary for making hamburgers is yeast because without yeast we cannot make ham burgers and we will definitely need yeast to make the burger puffed up and it is very necessary to make the burger soft so the burger is soft and fluffy and puffed up should definitely be used as the main ingredient in our burgers.

Good post, but I think the video to present food looks better in horizontal format. Using vertical mode contributes to the food not standing out and looking unappetizing.
