Making Mozzarella Risoles, It's really delicious.

Hi Steemians friends, How are you today? I hope you are all doing well today. Okay, today I want to make a menu called "Risol Mozarella". Hehe, I hope you like it.

These are the ingredients I use to make Mozzarella Risoles. I use wheat flour, breadcrumbs, mozzarella, onion leaves, eggs, potatoes, carrots and hot sauce.
Wheat flour: 300 grams
Breadcrumbs: 100 grams
1 mozzarella stick
1 egg
Onion leaves
1 carrot
1 potato
Spicy sauce
Well, friends, that's what I used to make breakfast today, called Risol Mozzarella.

Okay, friends, the first step I took was 300 grams of flour and then added one egg to the flour. Now, friends, to add flavor, I added a little salt and flavoring so that the mixture would smell fragrant when cooked... Then I stirred it evenly until it looked thick.
Then I cut the carrots and potatoes into small pieces to fill the flour mixture. I cut them into small squares to make them look more appealing; cutting them long wouldn't look as appealing.

Then I heated the oil in the pan. Once it was boiling, I cooked the carrots and potatoes until they were cooked through.

After I sautéed the carrots and potatoes until cooked, then I cooked the dough using a pan, because this dough has to be cooked thinly like layer cake dough... So friends, here are the two examples of pictures after I cooked the dough to make Mozzarella Risol.

Then I took the dough and added the cooked carrot and potato pieces... Okay, guys, I made it like the picture above because I think this pillow-like shape is much more attractive than making a square or triangular roll.

After I made several shapes of risol that resembled bolster pillows, then I made a liquid flour mixture, because the way to make Mozzarella Risol must be dipped in liquid flour mixture to add slightly orange breadcrumbs, I am really happy because I have succeeded in making Mozzarella Risol today, it is really very delicious, you know.
Without further ado, I cooked it a second time to ensure the breadcrumbs I'd dipped in were cooked through and savory. So, friends, would you like to make our country's version of Risol Mozzarella too? Hehehe.

I'm not lying about the taste. The Risol Mozzarella flavor is a unique blend of soft, creamy, slightly sour, and incredibly savory. It's also very light, tending to be smooth, not as sharp as cheddar, and the mozzarella flavor is absolutely perfect.
