
Assalamu-o-Alikum Dear!!
In the span of 32 Years , I have learned and cooked almost all the tradaional and Chinese meals. And it's honored for me to share on #steemit platform. Now , It's time to try and cook an other #recipe which is fondly eat in especially #pakistan country. It's so much tasty but it's really time taken to cook. There are so many steps to complete it and devote too much effort to develop taste. I have decided to cook today by the name of Allah. It given my 4 hours for cooking. It was first experience. And I am happy to complete it now going to share with you step by step process of making.
For makings the mixture of Pakora, I have taken fresh vegetables like green spinach, onion's, potatoes, green chilli and coriander leaves. I have used peeler and knife to peal , cut and chopped all of them . Here's with you can see the smoothie chopped veggies are eady for marinated.
For marination, I have used some special and specific spices that are necessary used for making the delicious mixture of Pakora. The main ingredient in the Pkora formulation is Basin also known as Grain Flour by using it and all the species we prepared mixture of Pakoras.
The an other process is to cook the mixture of Kari . For this , I have taken yogurt, Basin , onion's, Tomatoes, Garlic , green chilli and Potatoes, 500 ml water and cooking oil.
The really tough task while cooking Kari Pkora is to Capture the photos side by side. Because it was my first time try to cook and full attention off course needed. I tried my best to keep attention and share each steps of making process. Well, Furthure more, I used my blend machine to blend (Yogurt, Basin and water) made a smooth mixture.
I have taken an other bowl for cooking the Kari. For this , I golden brown chopped onions in the hot cooking oil then added in paste of onion's, garlic and green chillies. I cooked it for 2 minutes. Then I put in chopped cut pieces of potatoes and then added in smoothie paste of (blended yogurt, Basin and water) I cooked it under the low flame of 30 minutes. And stirred it continuseally for well cooked.
Then next Step is to add Tarka by using the Garm Masalas for this I have used clove's, cardamoms, bay leaves and cinnamon and Black seeds. I light fired in the cooking oil..then I put in into cooking mixture of Kari.

In above step, In very light cooking oil, I fried the Pakoras on the cooking pan. Now moving forward, I used cinnamon, clove's and nutmeg . I chopped it well and used it for sprinkle on Kari Pkora to develop more delicious taste and irresistible fragrance.
