Greetings
It's great pleasure to be part of week 4 and consistently joining from 1 to Week 4. I will try my best to meet the requirements of the winning challenge. In Pakistan, Raining season is started now and in that season intake of fresh juices and fresh salads are blessings of the healthy lifestyle. Through this challenge, I am happy and feeling healthy too to make and eat very delicious and delectable salads. Let's move on today share the Chickpeas Salad.
I mostly use frozen tomato's for cooking but the in the case of salads ,I always prefer fresh vegetables. In the early morning,I said to my husband for bring fresh veggies because I have make today chickpeas salad. For this , I have used
- Onions
- Tomato's
- Green chilli
- Boiled Potatoes
- Cucumber
- Boiled Black chickpeas
- Tamarind Plum
- National Chat Masala

I washed all the veggies from the fresh flowing water then used the knife only to peal the necessary veggies and then cut into small pieces. In Pakistan, we mostly use Black chickpeas for making the very tasty and healthy salad its more effective and most delicious in taste too. In Pakistan we also call it Chana Chaat and everybody fondly it. Well, After boiling it , I also added in the making bowl.

In the end ,I added Chat Masala Powder of halal national food company and also added very sweet and sour tamarind Plum in the salad and mixed it well. My Youngest son also joined me to mixing it.

In the last challenges we use cream or cheese to make the different salads. But here in for developing sweet , spicy and sour taste in the Chickpeas Salad we will add special Chat Masala and Tamarind Plum for developing unique taste. Yes !! Off course before presenting I kept it in the refrigerator for cooling it. It's enhance the juicy and sour taste and enjoy happily to eat it.

Yes , Special in the summer season and raining season we make this salad by using fresh veggies. It's taste is sweet , salty and sour. It's really good for hydrate your body and keep healthy and fit.
