My landlord and I

Hello My Steemain Friends ,
How are you. I hope you people of steemian are good and enjoy your life . Well I am well. May God bless you all. Today I am writing about an interesting and knowledgeable contest which is launched by @okere-blessing all time my favourite topic ""My landlord and I"" So, in this post I am going to share my point of view about this topic
Who is a landlord |
---|
A landlord is someone who rents out his house to someone for a certain period of time and receives monthly payment in return. A landlord has exclusive rights over his property. He only rents his house to someone after signing an agreement.
This agreement is for a certain number of months, such as 11 months, allowing him to vacate the house at any time after 11 months. No one can occupy his property. This agreement rule has only been in place for a few years. Previously, many tenants would become chronic, refusing to leave for 20 years, and the landlord would seize the property. Now, this agreement has come into effect in the landlord's favor.
How long have you stayed in someone's house? Was the place favorable, or did you manage? |
---|
I lived in a rented house as a child. When I was very young, my father saw the place and moved us to this house. But just 11 months after moving into that house, my father died, so all of us siblings were very young at the time. Our financial situation wasn't great.
We only had one older brother, who was 19, to earn a living. Suddenly, he had a significant responsibility. My mother became very ill, so we were forced to stay there for years. We were managing, but that place wasn't suitable for us.
Do you think it's wise to stay in the same compound with your landlord? |
---|
Absolutely not. Tenants and landlords should always stay apart. Living in the same premises will always diminish the tenant's respect, as the landlord will always assert his authority and interfere in everything.
"Don't do this, don't do that, don't hammer a nail here," "Tread slowly here" - all this seriously hurts the tenants' self-respect. Although our landlord lived in another house, he would still visit once a month. We haven't had much trouble with the landlord, but still, a feeling of inferiority creeps in.
Do you think the tenant has the right to sue the landlord over negligence of his responsibilities? |
---|
I don't know the rules governing whether tenants have the right to file a lawsuit. But I will say in general that the house belongs to the landlord, so the rules apply. If you're having a major problem, you can get your rent back and leave if you've paid the balance. But I don't think filing a lawsuit is appropriate.
It's their property, because I've seen that when landlords want to evict someone, they harass them to the point where they leave, depending on the situation. But I would still say that it's their property; they can keep whoever they want and evict whoever they want. But as long as there's an agreement, you should let the tenant stay for the duration of the agreement. Because even if the tenant files a case, I don't think he will win.

Saludos apreciada amiga. Lamento que te haya tocado vivir todo eso como inquilina y ciertamente, cuando se vive con el arrendador, se resta privacidad
Cómo siempre te deseo éxitos y bendiciones
