Maintaining the balance of the body by supporting all the weight of the body in one place so that the body does not lean in any direction is basically maintaining the balance of the body. In my opinion, standing in one place correctly, even if the body is in a big and bumpy position, will not affect the body.I understand how physiotherapy works very well on our bodies and prevents them from developing pathologies due to diseases or injuries, which is basically known as physiology.

The cause of the balance cooperative injury is a personal history, It is not mainly due to any disease. Generally we know that it is due to neurological reasons or stock multiple scholarships, but here this injury occurred while playing cricket. Due to running very hard while playing cricket, the leg gets injured here, due to which the balance is often lost. To use this balance properly, many times exercises and various materials can be used. Due to which I am showing him these exercises today according to this theory and he will do them regularly on his own. Special note: There is no such patient in our area. My cousin often has trouble taking steps due to getting a slip while playing.

I will try to demonstrate these practical tasks through my cousin. I have not found anyone else for this task except him. As I have already said, there are no such patients in my area who are affected by the disease, because they often lose their balance on a slight blow to the foot, so I will demonstrate the task through him.

I am learning two of these exercises in this class, namely square and side walking. Although these two are a little difficult, these exercises will be easy for the boys to do. We do this square every day in the playground. Since I have not had any problems due to illness, I find it easy to walk on the site without any help. So there is no need to take any kind of stick or help from anyone else. Here, I am just doing the exercises according to my mother's guidelines to reduce the risk of injury.

For the squad, first place one foot on the ground and slowly raise the other one upwards and sit down. This is being done here according to the situation shown in the video. It is basically a little difficult but easy for the boys. It causes a slight tension in the muscles but is quite comfortable. Rest for 10 seconds three times and then try to do it again 3 Times.
