Dear friends, I hope everyone is doing well. I am also doing well, thanks to Allah's infinite blessings. Today, I have chosen a shop to participate in this competition. It is located in the municipality area of Bogura district in northern Bangladesh. The shop is named 'Polash Chotpoti Fuchka and Bhaji Puri', which is situated in a street food hub called Baksibazar. To reach this shop, you need to come a little east from Bogura city to Baksibazar.

This is a temporary shop, but they stay here for rent. I have been living in this area for only five years, and I have been seeing them selling here for five years. I also spoke with the owner of this establishment, named Abu Bakkar, and he mentioned that he has been running this shop for the last seven years. The owner of this shop is a very ordinary family person and not wealthy at all. He works with about three to four other individuals he knows.

This shop prepares quite a few dishes, such as fuchka and various types of bhaji puri for sale, and the fuchkas are made beautifully. Especially different types of lentils are used along with peas, onion, and green chilies to make bhaji puri using rice flour and wheat flour. Additionally, it is a small shop located in a natural environment. Customers can eat standing outside, or they can sit on chairs outside as well. There's also seating available inside, but it's not a very large space; at most, five to six people can sit and eat.

This shop is located in a place that has a natural environment with greenery around. When the weather is cold outside, they can carry out their activities in a very pleasant manner. Also, this shop doesn't get very angry and closes down shortly after the evening. There is only a fan and light arrangement here. Moreover, the food here is very good, and fresh ingredients are cooked and prepared here. This greatly enhances the taste of the food. I am presenting some pictures of the food below.

In a small setting, I am sharing with you the preparation process of making a food item, specifically singara. First, flour is soaked in water. Then, besan (gram flour) is added to it. The mixture of water and flour is kneaded together. A little oil is added to prevent it from sticking to the hands. After mixing it nicely, it is made into a dough like bread. After preparing the potato fry, the fried potatoes are placed inside this dough to make singara with the help of hands. Then, when that singara is put in oil, it becomes singara.

Finally, let me talk about some aspects of this shop. This shop is not of very high quality, so there are no prices listed for the items sold here. Therefore, I couldn't present that in front of you. Moreover, the environment inside isn't very good; it's somewhat dirty. However, the food is very good and they prepare it in a delicious way. Customers do not eat here; instead, they take it as a parcel. Or they eat outside in a natural environment. Overall, their service is good and their food is tasty.
