Old age and the Joy it brings
Good day friends and fellow Steemians this is my post today I talking about old people
| Do you belong to the group of people that don't want to grow old? |

I don't belong; old age is something that a lot of young people don't want to belong to because of the bad generation we are in; some young people think that old age is natural. It must come.
Firstly, as an old man or woman, you will not stress yourself a lot, because you have your children that will be taking care of you. Young is interested in material things more than God. They go to clubs and spend illegal money on corrupt girls.
Old people think wisely, and they advise young people because they have been through a bad life; if the bad helps the old people, they will not advise them to live a good life; old people believe in God more than young people.
| What are the characteristics of old age? |

Physical changes: their level of strength and stamina will begin to decrease, they will not have a lot of power like before, and they will lose their vision and hearing; even if you are talking badly against them, they will not hear you.
Cognitive change, slow memory recall, they will not use their memory like the time that they were young, the way they were brilliant will change, and they will not be able to see tiny writing for books, phones, es, and any writing materials.

Physically and mentally fit, as an old person, you need proper checks in the hospital; as an old person, you need to take drugs to keep your body healthy. Nutrients, know the type of food you eat.
Reduce some content of foods you eat example sugar causes quick diabetes. Salt causes damage to the stomach, for example, the liver. Stop habits like smoking and drinking. They will damage your liver and lungs. Do some light exercise by walking for a long distance or jugging.

In many societies, people regard old at the age of 65 because that old age shows very well, then In the military, they consider old people at the of 50 because of the nature of their work.
