Today I want to share my experience about my favorite clothing brand showroom X-Man in Parbatipur. I have visited this showroom several times, and on September 14, I went there again with my parents to buy a shirt for my father. In this post, I will share my experience, review, and some details about this clothing brand showroom. Let’s get started!

Note to find the exact location of X-Man showroom:
For finding the real location of the X-Man Clothing Showroom, you must check the Google Street View. The current location shown on the map is wrong, as it points near the railway station where there is no showroom. The actual showroom is located near the Singer Showroom and is marked as Self Product’s Store on Google Maps. I am not sure why the name and location have been updated incorrectly.

Where is it located and how to get here?
The X-Man Showroom is located beside the Parbatipur–Boropukuria road, right at the center of our town. It is very close to the Parbatipur Railway Station, and the bus terminal is also not far from here. Another popular shop, the Singer Showroom, is situated nearby, which makes it easy to recognize the spot.

If you are coming from the railway station, you only need to walk about 350 meters, which takes around 5 minutes. From the bus terminal, the showroom is about 1.5 km away, and you can reach there within 5 minutes by motor van. The showroom is also easily accessible by other vehicles such as cars, buses, or motorbikes.

The X-Man Showroom in Parbatipur opened a few years ago, though the exact date of establishment is not mentioned anywhere in the shop. I also did not find any founding year displayed inside the showroom.
On the signboard, the name Adv. Khatibur Rahman Roanan Road is mentioned, and most likely he is the owner of this Parbatipur branch of the showroom.
As for communication, there is no official Facebook page or online contact information available for this branch. All interactions and purchases are done directly by visiting the showroom in person.

The X-Man Showroom mainly focuses on men’s clothing, which includes t-shirts, jeans, punjabis, belts, wallets, and caps. These items are the key attraction for most customers.

They have also introduced baby clothing and shoes, making the shop more versatile. To encourage family shopping, the management has announced a 50% discount on all kids’ and baby items.

During my visit, I noticed three employees managing the showroom:
Cash Counter Manager– One person is assigned to the cash counter, handling payments and billing.

Customer Assistants (2 employees) – Two others help customers select products. One of them is usually seen at the men’s pant section, guiding customers to find the best jeans or pants. The younger boy is very active and helps customers locate any clothing or accessories within the shop.

The X-Man Showroom is well-equipped with modern facilities that make shopping a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

The showroom has excellent electrical arrangements. Bright lighting highlights the clothes and enhances the overall ambiance of the store, making the collections look more attractive. In addition, there are plenty of fans and an air-conditioning system, which keeps the showroom cool and pleasant for customers.

Cleanliness is a top priority here. The showroom is always neat and tidy, with clothes and accessories carefully arranged and beautifully displayed. The organized decoration not only looks eye-catching but also makes it easier for customers to browse through the collections.

At the right corner of the showroom, there is a well-designed dressing room. This private space allows customers to try on their selected clothes and check if they fit properly. The setup of the dressing room is simple yet practical, ensuring convenience for every shopper.

The X-Man showroom has a decent security system in place. Several CCTV cameras are installed, especially around the cash counter area, to monitor customer activities and ensure safety. A display screen continuously shows the live footage from these cameras, which adds an extra layer of security.

Although there isn’t a dedicated security guard in the showroom, the CCTV surveillance provides enough monitoring to make the environment feel safe and secure for both customers and staff.

The X-Man showroom provides quite nice customer service overall. However, I noticed they lack one dedicated staff member in the baby products section, which could be improved.

The men’s T-shirts and Punjabis section had fewer varieties, so more options would be better.
The collection of jeans and gabardine pants was impressive and well-arranged.
Other sections looked fine and well-maintained.

Overall, I would say X-Man is a quality clothing brand showroom in our small town, bringing branded clothing facilities closer to us.

I really like to shop in the X-Man Showroom. Every time I visit, I enjoy exploring their collection and finding something new there.
