슈퍼워크 941일째
어제는 저녁 먹기전 달리기 운동하러 나왔다.
비가 조금씩 내리고는 있었지만 달리는데 크게 방해되지는 않았다.
오히려 사람들이 별로 보이지않아 더 좋았다.
5일만에 달렸고 거리는 루틴처럼 3km를 유지했다.
중간에 비가 많이 내리면 핸드폰이 비에 젖을까봐 걱정했는데 안경에 시야만 흐려질 정도로 적게 내려 오히려 시원하게 달릴수 있어 좋았다.
달리기 운동후 하루 걷기목표 2km를 넘어 3km를 조금 넘게 걸으며 천주변 저녁 풍경을 만끽할수 있었다.
건강 마일리지를 적립한 기분이 든다.
