어제는 하루종일 쉬다가 저녁에 걷기운동하러 나왔다.
하루 걷기목표가 2km, 5000보인데 평상시에는 생활걸음이 있어 5천보는 쉽게 넘어서지만 어제는 생활걸음이 없어서 저녁 운동때 5천보 넘어서는게 쉽지 않았다.
걷기운동할때 약간 빠른걸음으로 걷기때문일것이다.
어제도 건강 마일리지 적립 완료 ㅎ
