선선한 아침이다 그동안 덥다고 대충
하던 운동을 열심히 하고 싶어 졌다
트렉 한바퀴 돌고 기구 운동 하고 또다시 번갈아가며 쉬지않고 반복 했다

너무 과했는지 시간이 갈수록 팔에
힘이 빠지고 아프기 시작 한다
마음은 충분히 해낼것 같았는데..

타이레놀 한알 먹고 쉬면 좋아지겠지
과유부급 이란 말이 이를 두고
한말이 렸다

@veronicalee, this post really resonated with me! I love the honesty and vulnerability in sharing the experience of pushing yourself too hard during your workout. We've all been there – that initial burst of motivation followed by the inevitable "ouch!" 😅

The picture perfectly captures that feeling of peaceful exhaustion after a good (maybe too good!) workout. I especially appreciate the reminder of the saying "과유부급 (過猶不及)" – too much is as bad as too little. So true!

Thanks for sharing this relatable slice of life. Get well soon and I hope the Tylenol does the trick! Have you tried any other remedies for sore muscles? Maybe a warm bath or a gentle massage? I would like to hear your thoughts!
