L'annuncio che vedete e' apparso su Revolico.
Si tratta della possibile vendita di 2 abitazioni alla Caldosa.
La Caldosa e' una sorta di localita' fuori Las Tunas, lungo la caretera per Camaguey, un locale pieno di chioschetti e ristoranti creoli, diciamo un luogo decisamente periferico.

Come leggete con 6000 usd, 5200 e rotti euro ti porti a casa due case, con terreni, corrales por criar puercos, pozzo, cisterna, acqua corrente, turbina e bacio accademico sulla fronte.
Praticamente neanche il prezzo delle patate.
Bisogna poi vedere la situazione di quelle case, perche' oggi mettere le mani su una proprieta' da ristrutturare e' una sorta di suicidio annunciato visto i prezzi a cui sono arrivati cemento e materiale da costruzione in genere.

Mettiamoci anche il fatto di tutta la gente che se ne vuole andare, il cubano medio non ha molte cose per monetizzare, una di queste e' sicuramente la casa, quindi tenta di vendere, anzi di svendere l'immobile, spesso e volentieri con tutto dentro.
Alcuni, quelli che hanno case piu' belle e meglio vendibili, con una parte del denaro ottenuto si comprano un alloggetto magari nel 12 planta in modo che se tutto all'exterior dovesse andare male perlomeno un tetto sopra la testa nella terra natia se lo ritrovano.
E' lo stesso consiglio che andrebbe dato a molti paisa' che si vendono anche la cuccia del cane per poi trasferirsi a Cuba.
Mai vendere la casa, non si sa mai come possono andare le cose.

Tenete conto che in alcune zone di Las Tunas citta' ,non parlo del campo, com 1000 usd o anche meno prendi un camera e cucina, poi sono quello che sono ma intanto la gente li' dentro ci vive.
La Caldosa e' vicino al Cornito dove c'e' un bel complesso turistico oramai lasciato al proprio destino, e' una zona dove molti Jefe del Partido cittadino si sono fatti la casona lontano da occhi indiscreti, case belle e di qualita', non e' proprio una zona tenuta cosi' male.

Se andate su Revolico vedrete come in ogni provincia si trovino annunci simili, oggi per chi vuole acquistare si fanno autentici affaroni, poi pero' occorre vivere in un paese in cui i problemi non mancano di certo.
