Ho comprato questo biscotto in una panetteria specializzata in prodotti a lievitazione naturale. Lì tutto è molto sano e quindi più costoso, ma ne vale la pena.

I agree with you. Bakeries that use sourdough sell their products at a higher price, but they're selling quality, products without harmful additives. I'd pay more for that product too.
