Ho comprato questo piatto ieri per pranzo, l'avevo già comprato prima, ma il ristorante ha cambiato il modo in cui lo consegna, prima lo portavano al tavolo, ma ora dobbiamo comprarlo al bancone. Non ho chiesto il motivo, ma ho notato che nel locale lavorano meno persone.

I bought this dish yesterday for my lunch, I've bought it before, but the restaurant changed the way they deliver it, previously they would bring it to the table, but now we have to buy it at the counter, I didn't ask the reason, but I noticed less people working in the place.

Adoro gustare questo piatto, l'insalata è sempre fresca e il sapore degli altri ingredienti è fantastico, persino la salsa è buonissima.

Il calentado, come viene chiamato questo piatto, è così chiamato perché si utilizzano gli avanzi della sera prima, riscaldando fagioli e riso del giorno prima e guarnendo con uova strapazzate, pancetta e qualsiasi cosa la gente ordini.
