RE: PHOTOCHAIN Challenge TESTNET - Edition number 104 [ENG | ITA]

in Italy6 days ago

Hi @davidesimoncini. Here's my entry for this week.

I saw this today while jogging. I had to stop, cross the street and took pictures of it. This is the one I like the most.

My Personal Keyword is DOOR.

GREY / LAMP / DOOR

Good luck everyone. @soulfuldreamer @wakeupkitty.pal @henryclive @alexanderkass @xiao-aine and @suryati1 looking forward to your entries 😊

Genial! Creo que el "universo te puso todo a la "vuelta de la esquina", jajaja.

Yes, you can actually say that. It's not a common facade for a gate lamp. I was fortunate to have noticed it. You joining?

You got lamps next to the gate?
I go see if I find some grey - see you later!

I like the photo you took

@bahrol @rissi @solperez

Trataré de participar. Gracias por la invitación.

Usually lamps are placed atop gate posts. This one maybe wanted to be different? But I actually like the way it turned out. He could be a great PhotoChainer 👍

Glad you liked the photo. ☺️

I think your door is very pretty. You had to do a lot to take the photo.

Thank you. This house has a very big dog and barks very loud at strangers. I was really worried the owner might see me and think I was a thief 😅 That's why I couldn't risk coming too near. You are right. I had to do a lot to take the photo 😆

Wow, everything there is behind a photo!
Much success to you!
I hope the dog barks a lot and doesn't bite. I don't like biting dogs. (from experience)

A good proposal, welcome to the new edition Gems. One day more and you can discover if you are one of the lucky choices ;)

Thanks. But win or no win doesn't really matter. It's the fun in being able to show the photo with the keywords. I really hope this Challenge can continue. Sometimes I despair when only 4 or 5 join. I hope more will come. 🤞

I really hope so too. I have to say that having 4 or 5 entries every week is an achievement I appreciate, although I'm certainly happier when I see more. I also run the same contest on Blurt. However, the entries initially numbered a good amount, then decreased, and today they're often few, except for a few loyal users and regulars who return periodically.

I know people don't like it much when they don't win, especially when they think their entry is better than the chosen ones. So they lose interest eventually. But that should not be the mind frame. It's meeting the challenge and appreciating the fun when the challenge is met, not only by me but by everyone. I enjoy looking at different entries. Not only mine. That's why I don't really mind if I win or lose. I just feel happy for everyone, especially the winners 🏆
