I agree with you. Bakeries that use sourdough sell their products at a higher price, but they're selling quality, products without harmful additives. I'd pay more for that product too.

The taste is different, it tastes much better, everything seems to be just right, the sugar, the amount of fat, etc. It is a pleasure that we can give ourselves on some occasions.
