Please fix Steemretrogames error, I loss's 4 steem

How are you all, I hope you are all well. But I have to say with great sadness that I felt bad this morning. Why do you know that I was a little behind this morning, so I thought I would play some #steemretrogames. And you know that I always feel more comfortable playing paid games.

So I went to my account, went to click on buy token and paid two #steem with my steem username and active key. As usual, I was given the opportunity to play once where I was given 10 likes.

Then when I clicked on the play option and started playing my game, I saw that nothing was working on my screen. Everything on my mobile is fine but the line that I have to move inside the game and the one in which I have to drop the ball is not moving in any direction.

And if this line below does not move, then how will I play the game? It is stuck here. Before I knew it, my game was over. I had 10 lives. My 10 lives were also over because I couldn't play the game. I tried so hard to move my fingers here and there but the spot on the screen wasn't moving.

Then I thought it might be a problem with my internet or my mobile. So I paid two #steems again and bought a chance to play the game again. But unfortunately, nothing was working like before, which I am showing you on the screen.

So I invite everyone in the developer team of this game to fix this error, otherwise the users will face a lot of losses. I lost four Steams this morning. I couldn't play the game on the other hand, I lost four #steems, tell me who will give me this amount now. So I tell all the important people in this game to fix your gaming site. I don't know if this is happening only to me or to everyone, but since it happened to me, I noticed the issue.

And if possible, if there is any chance to return the steam I gave you, please return it. Because I couldn't play the game, all my life was wasted.
