Hi! @mikitaly This is a very insightful study . We often think of meat only in terms of health, but its environmental impact is just as important. Reducing consumption to sustainable levels doesn’t mean giving it up completely, but rather finding a balance between personal well-being and caring for our planet . A more diverse diet with fish, legumes, and vegetables can be both healthier and more responsible.
