Many people nowadays are spoiled, they want good conditions, light job, the best is also less hours but better pay. Recently, we had some work for rain gutter and there were three employees from the company, two were working one was young man maybe 18 and likely like a student leaner most of the time he was holding something with one hand but his eyes were on his smartphone screen that was in other hand. Of course, the boss was not present I thought if it would be my company I would forbid to have smartphones during work. It is against safety but also how such person can learn.
