This is the function of a pedicab in Aceh, LOOL.
It's only a small amount, and if I were carrying five times the amount of goods shown in the picture, it wouldn't be a problem for the police, because these motorized pedicabs already have their own regulations, unless they endanger other road users, and other specific matters. If the pedicab owner is carrying logs or planks from felled trees, if they have a permit, it's safe. However, if illegal wood is transported by a motorized pedicab, well... they have to be prepared to be separated from their family and live behind bars.
You apparently have never moved from your old house to your new one. :)
