In the mix of spices, among the pots
and fresh salads.
Green of the plants makes me feel
like the antelope and the rabbit at a joyful gathering.
Gentle dew drops from the sky,
just like holy water that
nourishes the leaves, stems and roots
This same greenness of the afternoon weighs heavily on me.
