You could give 100% upvotes for 5 tickets, and we could participate without any losses without paying any extra. I won't say the same thing, but could you at least increase the rates a little? Previously, the 75% reduction was due to excessive participation. Now, there isn't much participation. So, the Steem-bingo mana would still be sufficient. You could make a change like this: for example, instead of 75% for 5 tickets, you could give 90% or 85% upvotes, and adjust the other mana proportionally accordingly. This would reduce the fee slightly, create a much more satisfying situation for participants, and increase participation.
