Ambulance had dropped me off and picked-up today for my dialysis treatment because our car cannot pass on the flooded roads

This concrete road had been elevated before, it still gets flooded.

The dialysis machines had been transferred to the hospital's conference room.

Cars within the subdivision are now parked alongside the hi-way
The dialysis machines of our hospital had been transferred to the main building itself because the treatment area is now flooded and I am not sure if it would be used again because the flooring is already ruined. The management or owner should now fix that issue otherwise it will come back because times are different now with the floods where places that are not prone to flooding cannot escape this thing which is the problem of the whole country now.
I was assisted by my church brethren with coordination of the municipal ambulance services. They were the ones who picked or fetched me to and from my home and to the hospital and back.
Our barrio ambulance driver had chickened-out for driving me because he was worried about the level of the flood which for now remains passable to and from the hospital and back. But the ambulance that fetched me from the hospital is a similar vehicle of our barrio ambulance, it is just that the ambulance driver didn't want the ambulance go and wade through the flooded streets and told my mother that he will bring me back here if he sees that the road would be unpassable in his opinion.
That is why we had to seek the assistance of our church (MCGI.org) so that I will be sure to get to my destination and back because if we just opted for our Barangay ambulance, there will be a big chance that I will be returned home regardless that I needed my regular dialysis.
Thanks be to God that I was gloriously dialyzed which will bridge my life for another few days again. I pity my other co-patients which cannot leave their residence because the flood is very high in their area and some of them are not physically able to travel for that matter.
There is still problem about the operations of the dialysis center because the water pump had to be saved from the rising flood water and it will take time to make it work again as they have to do some workaround like cleaning, disinfecting, and testing the purified water. I hope that we can get into normal sessions again because it is already affected and I am still not sure if when will be my next dialysis schedule.

I'm glad your dialysis tosay is successful! Bjt may I ask what is ecblog app?
https://blog.etain.club is a steem front-end app created by etainclub. You have to register in order to post.
how is it different in the steem front end?
A user have to register using an email before using it unlike other steem front ends where you just need to use Keychain. You should contact etainclub which is the steem witness which developed it.
That's weird, i tried logging in and did successfully tho
