I changed my brand of vitamin K2 MK-7 again back to the softgel type and will take it twice a day

I remember when I did take this brand of vitamin K2 MK-7, it dramatically improved my bone health, I mean my joint pains improved from not being able to walk to shedding most of my joint pains which allowed me to at least walk without so much misery. It is like a magic bullet for those who suffer bone-weakening issues and also, it support's the heart by preventing or at least improving hardened arteries and also preventing it.

I do have hardened arteries which is why this vitamin K2 MK-7 is very beneficial for my heart's health and I regard it as God's gift for me because I believe that it will extend my life. I am very lucky to have experienced the benefits of this vitamin because had I've continued using cinacalcet which was the conventional drug of choice for Hyperparathyroidism, I would have been in a very bad condition right now because of its bad side-effects which is like I am being treated with chemotherapy although I never experienced it. It is just that taking Cinacalcet gives me a bad case of spinning head and bitter taste on my mouth.

I happen to discover vitamin K2 MK-7 via an online friend which I happen to get a conversation with if not for the event leading me to meet him at least temporarily and it made me wonder about God's work on my life as if things has to happen in order for me to discover a thing which could improve my well-being. That is why even though my life is always in the bed side physically, I still receive crucial help from God and it does makes me to push on and never lose hope because after all, I feel that God is always on my back if not on my side all the time. You can't really blame me for attributing all my life's improvements to God's grace and mercy because all of it is almost like a miracle as if I won a jackpot a few times over and that is a proof that God sees me and takes care of me.

Anyway, I said that I will take tow softgel capsules of this former brand of vitamin K2 MK-7 because I will have to see if it I can experience a better bone and joint pain improvements. Mt current liver test shows no elevation of liver enzyme which means that my liver is in tip-top shape. But I am hopeful that my joint pain issues will improve me with an added dose of this Carlson™ brand of my vitamin K2 MK-7. I sill have to continue taking my Calcium supplement and it is great that we have a monthly test for my Calcium levels so I can know if it gets overboard or I have to continue taking it or cut back because it is important to have this substances be balanced in my blood to avoid further complications.
