I took a chest x-ray after my dialysis session and the result is I have a Pneumonia

I look sick because I am gravely ill already.

This is a well-made Apartment.
My incessant coughing turns out to be Pneumonia as confirmed by the chest x-ray. My nephrologist suggested that should be seen by the hospital's resident doctor which I know will not end well for me because she would consider me to get confined which I really don't mind even if I will stay a week over there.
I didn't opt-in because there will be no available relative to function as my caregiver because both of my poor parents are also sick. So I was made to sign saying that I am refusing treatment which is unfortunate because I really want to get well sooner.
Thankfully my Nephrologist had prescribed me an Antibiotic to add to what I am currently taking. But that antibiotic was the same antibiotic that cured me when I got Pneumonia before so I was shaking my damn head because my Nephrologist know better, how is not that easy to prescribe another strong antibiotic?
She just told my HD nurse that oversees my stay at the ER that it is OK to retake the same antibiotic again, I am just giving her benefit of the doubt and hoping to the mercy of God that my antibiotic will work just like before.
It is now my problem being taken cared of sickly and aging parents, if one of them passes-away I am in deep trouble. But thanks be to God at least I have a church which I can seek assistance although it will be a problem too when it comes to hospital confinement because the requirement is that the patient must be a relative of the patient. The next of kin are cousins which none are available as all are preoccupied with their own jobs and families and most are too far away from my town.
If there are anyone really reading this post I needed your prayers, this might just be a simple case of Pneumonia but it really doesn't to people with strong immune system and apparently I do not really have a strong resistance.
