I took half a tablet of Diclofenac today because I will not be able to walk with pain in my knees and feet

I am in pain, enough to pin me again almost for good right here on my bed if I will not do something about it because my knee and feet joints are acting-up so much that it is scaring me. So I have no choice but to use my preferred NSAID analgesic which works for a long time even with half of 100 mg tablet, that is 50 mg approximately and it does alleviate the pain considerably even with 25 mg of this drug too.

More often, the pain relief makes me sleep better afterwards because I am quite freed from pain and it makes me wonder how normal people feels like everyday. Wishing about freeing myself from pain is like me wanting to go to paradise, it is a "punch in the moon" type of longing and much impossible to achieve given my circumstances with regards to this body of mine going slowly downhill. Well at least it didn't go straight "south" thanks be to God which is always being with my life.

As I have learned, NSAID drug destroys red blood cells, which is why I am not worried of taking it although I seldom use this analgesic. Now I only used it today at the time of this writing because of the aforementioned reason. But again I am hoping that I can feel well with my joints again in the coming few weeks because I am again taking my Calcium supplement again which I already proven myself that I needed it as well as needing another type of phosphate binder which is called "Sevelamer Carbonate".

Sevelamer carbonate also binds with fat-soluble vitamins like vitamin K and since I am using vitamin K2 MK-7, I got worried that my body will not absorb it and thus make it useless. That is why I opted-in for using Calcium carbonate as my phosphate binder although we are advised not to use it by our Nephrologist as I mentioned already from my previous posts.

Now God-willing I might change my vitamin K2 MK-7 brand because the one which I was using before is already available from the online store where I was purchasing it and I might buy it soon so I can replace this current one which seems to not work as good.
