I hope that the architect will going to make good plan which I will choose from for the house because my parents and my bother had changed the plan. I was supposed to have a big room but it turns out that I will just be getting a small room which will in turn will be smaller than my current room because this one at least have a built-in cabinet.

What I need really is not to have a very small room and the 4 by 3 meters might be the best because of the lack of space. There will actually be a space for almost double that size for my room but I have to also consider the horse power of the air conditioning unit that I will put tentatively in there.

Also, I have to consider that my built-in cabinet for my cloths and stuff will be gone so I need a separate cabinet for my clothes afterwards. Still the room will be smaller because of the additional cabinet and then my wheel chairs, there are two of them now. The dimensions of the dining area and the living room will stay the same and then we will going to have a working kitchen inside the house and not outside although my mother told me that she will still cook outside.

That outside place which I am talking about was our backyard where our laundry gets done, our food is cooked from, and then a non-productive garden is tended for our source of some leafy vegetables and my father doesn't want it to go away because he maintains those Moringa tree in there as well as the Pandan plant which we use to give the cooked rice a good fragrance, and that malnourished leafy vegetable we locally call as "Talilong".

As for the solar setup which I did planned to get installed, I am just disappointed that it requires us to submit a document which we cannot produce nor my parents willing to ask for it who holds the mother title of our property. It is a bummer indeed because I want to produce more power which means I can get more credits from the grid which I can use later. Just like my brother who has that solar power system, they go to work, their children goes to school, and during night they will enjoy the credits made by their net metering solar power system.

What my brother is telling me now is that I can avail the hybrid type which means that any power that system will produce will be stored to a battery which is not a car battery but an expensive 10 KWh LiFePo4 battery. It means that it will be more expensive because of the battery inclusion. The system capacity is less than 6.96 KWH which means that it can produce around more than four and a half times the power which we consume every month. However our consumption will get higher as I plan to have a .75 HP air conditioner installed in both our rooms.

The benefit of that system is that if the power grid goes out for some reason, we will remain to have an energy source because of the battery. The cost of the battery will make the return of investment (ROI) for that possible solar power source system to get longer and will get longer if the battery goes bust prematurely. But the battery I think will last for at least 15 years, some says it can do 20 to 25 years. My only concern is that I can exceed my need for electricity because of my pan to add two .75 HP A/Cs, water heater to the bathroom, and a Smart TV if God wills it so that my parents can watch TV.
