Last Monday I had another bout of hypotension but it was different because I felt a cold sweat which is typical for either low blood sugar and too much water was already drawn out from my body but again I have no idea what was the cause considering that my blood pressure was still in a normal level for me, i.e., 100/80 so one of my nurses infused maybe 200 mL of Saline solution to my system, I felt better while she was infusing that fluid into my blood stream.

I did finished the whole treatment time last Monday and also today with a 300 mL per minute blood pump which I am happy about because at least my blood will be cleaned better when extra blood will pass through the dialyzer. Actually the speedier the pump the better because it will allow patients to feel much better but I don't know about my nurses, they seem not to care about how the patients will feel not realizing that a well-cleaned blood will make the patient productive and maybe share their "fruits" to them.

So I will see if how it will look like on blood test particularly for my creatinine and the Urea removal rate (URR). But since my blood cleaning time is slashed by a quarter time, I am still not feeling it with my appetite because I still feel no hunger after my dialysis treatment session even with this speed of blood pump and that is because of that reduced treatment time. However I thank God for this improvement about my dialysis treatment because it is an answered prayer because my intention is just to feel better and live my short stay here on earth close to normalcy and I guess that it is not too much to ask. Thanks be to God, Amen.
