I find it fast regarding the construction of our house and it is a good thing for such small projects because the work is fast, they even work on Sundays. It is because their payment is fixed because it is a contract. However, the additional extra work for the five foundation and columns will be an extra expense for me although I got a discount for having to use the old house's foundations and posts without me knowing about it and learned only after I saw it.

Supposedly, the house will be done before the month of November ends and it is relatively fast because I had seen some smaller houses and it got finished in five months which is why I heard that the lady architect told my mother when will the house get done, she answered, it will take until the end of this year.

My mother wanted the house to get done before the end of this current year which is why I didn't pushed for a bigger house, a house with a second floor, plus it will cost me more money since I want to have it equipped with solar power source so that in the remainder of my parent's years, they (we) will not have a problem in paying power (electricity) bills.

The electricity cost here in my country is very expensive and although my country is adopting to use renewable energy which can lower the need for power coming from fossil fuels and thus would lower cost of electricity in the future, I can never wait for that to happen, if it were to happen.

Anyway, the new house with regards to its ceiling will make it for us to live comfortably inside it now because an insulation will be used under the roof. That is why even if we will have air conditioning in our rooms, I might not use it too much because I already acclimatized myself living in a very hot room. But I am excited to use an A/C system and see if it will improve my well-being because the smell of the sir for one thing is fresher in an air conditioned room even if the room is old just like what happened when my sister was still living in our house and they used A/C in one room.

But of of course, the A/C system needs to be maintained and it is a fact that they only last for about three years because it has a lot of sensors plus the compressor is working for longer hours although not as hard as the non-inverter type but the latter at least gets some break and doesn't have as much if any, electronic parts although it eats more power but is durable compared to the inverter type of A/C which again easily breaks and although it is the case, I will still choose it because of its lesser power consumption which I needed because I will be using solar energy soon God-willing.
