On being and changing Jens Stoltenberg in NATO; What should be done and why, and which implications do these policies have for what is going on!

Jens Stoltenberg was general secretary in NATO from 2014 to 2024, he was prime minister in Norway in the periods 2000-2001, and in 2005-2013. And as prime minister of Norway he had the vision and the philosophy about including everyone when being here as we are. And Jens Stoltenberg was minister for trade and energy in the period 1993 to 1996, Finance minister 1996-1997, and ever the leader for the Labor Party in the period 2002-2014. Stoltenberg was the youngest prime minister in Norway's history when he was established in such a position for his first time of being that in his life, and this happened in 2000, and he was just 41 years old. And everyone should be included in the nation of getting a sensible and true and real policy about what to do and how and why.
To fill the president shoes for the United States, one must satisfy the following three criteria; One must at least be 35 years old, one must be born as an American citizen, and one must have lived in the United States at least in 14 years in the period for being the candidate of the United States when we were and are here while being humans with different positions and qualifications when being here. And among all the presidents of the United States in the history, Theodore Roosevelt is the youngest being just 42 years when he was president, and hence he was younger than John F. Kennedy was when coming in 1960, and being born in 1917.
The war between Russia and Ukraine and Donald Trump have characterized Jens Stoltenberg's time of general secretary in NATO. The way that he has treated the challenges that were coming, has done him to the most important general secretary in the alliance's history, and he has built strategic alliances in the world, and the alliances are having missions and meaning due to what are special and typical for them when being here and there where we are.
When Norway's earlier prime minister joined the position in NATO as the general secretary in October 2014, he was NATOs thirteenth general secretary, and this is really to be the managing director of NATO in relation to what NATO is, being the networks of treaties and commitments, when being here and there where we are. And the normal with this position is to be sitting four to five years in this post, and that is probably also in relation to what Jens Stoltenberg has thought, and he is educated in politics and economics when being here. And in the war in Ukraine and in Russia, we must use defensive or attacking strategies when doing what we want, and every kind of voices and noises are not allowed when being in the life, and we should instead be silent and recruited into different positions when we are here. And we are the devil's advocate in all possible guises when we are here as we are when being in the life just as the life is coming, being and leaving.
Jens Stoltenberg has recently published the book “On my guard”. That is especially his open depictions of the meetings with USAs president Donald Trump that have got great attention in the newspapers this week being behind us, and the week is from 29 September to 5 October 2025. And in an interview, Stoltenbeg is telling about failures that he did as the boss for NATO in the years 2014 to 2024. And they made success with much, including getting Sweden and Finland into the alliance, support to Ukraine, and the largest strengthening of NATO's collective defense over decades. But there are two things that could be made better. And the first failure is that the countries belonging to NATO withdrew too late from Afghanistan. And the second failure is that NATO could have given more economic support and emotional support to Ukraine earlier, and that could perhaps avoided to make a conflict and a war with Russia.
