Competition Pencil drawing of the week "Flowers", (No.87)

Hello everyone, a pleasure being her with you all and all the wonderful members in this community and today I would like to drop my entry to this competition titled: "Competition Pencil drawing of the week "Flowers", (No.87)". Drawing has always been a personal and expressive outlet for me, allowing emotions and ideas to come to life through lines and shading. When I saw the theme for this week's competition, "Flowers," I felt instantly inspired. Flowers, especially roses, carry deep symbolism—beauty, resilience, love, and even mystery. With just a pencil and a blank sheet of paper, I set out to bring a cluster of roses to life in black and white, Below is my drawing

Drawing materials

• A4 paper
• pencil
• eraser
• sharpener
• black pen.

Drawing process

step 1

The process began with my username being inscribed into my drawing, then I started with a light sketch of the different arrangements of the rose flower. I started with the bottom side.

After doing that, I then began to draw the leaves by the side of the rose flower below.

Next I then went ahead to draw the second rose flower on top of the one below as shown.

Here I then completed drawing the third rose flower and then I began adding outlines to the leaves of the rose flower.

After doing that, here I then started to add some straight lines and details on the rose flower.

After accomplishing that part of my drawing and I finished drawing my flower, I then began to outline my work to improve it's beauty and boldness.

Through this pencil drawing, I hope to communicate the serene beauty of nature and the power of simplicity in pencil art. Hope you all enjoyed my drawing tutorial today and have a lovely day.
