This is a nice recipe of chicken preparation, looking at it you use mature chicken,the way you prepare it is amazing cutting into smaller part place leaves in side the pot and using minutes to know when to complete your cooking shows how some one else can follow up the process and know how to prepare it.

I remember in the past I just put the whole chicken but later on when it is ready cooked, I still needed to remove bones before adding vegetables adn it took me longer, this way I spend more time before but it saves me time later :)
