Hello,

The following statement is in the post. "For every bingo card you buy, you'll get a 20% upvote with an upvote value of approx. $0.40 at (the current price of steem ) on one of your Steem posts — up to 5 cards per day!"

Does this mean that if we win the lottery, we will get an upvote on one of our posts or do we automatically qualify for a 20% upvote with the 1 steem ticket we purchased?
