Yes, the villa is my latest drawing.
It is inspired from a student. She likes these types of villas, so I decided to draw one, as a new update to my tutorial.

And, if I post on Instagram, it is just a photo, while here it is usually accompanied by tips or a guide.

As for perspective, just think like that: if it is far, then it should look small.
That is why things become narrow (in any direction).
