I wanted to take all your happiness,
I was able to be the light even on cloudy days.
I found my address in your smile,
Still why do I feel everything was a trap.

When you were crying at night,
I was silent, with my eyes closed.
I thought that by giving you happiness,
I would be there even if I were just a shadow.

I would give color to your every dream,
Even if you don't understand, I would be there by your side.

I wanted to be the breeze in your tired heart,
I forgot myself just for a little smile.

I wanted you to be happy this was my wish,
I silently swallowed the responsibility of all my pain.
I didn't ask anyone for all your happiness,
Still, fate only gave me the one who was in need.

If you ask me today who was there?
I will say, I the one who didn't want happiness for myself.
All your happiness is mine,
I wanted it to be yours even if it was in love.
