I am glad you like them.
The lava burns up vegetation and buries it in 6 foot of liquid stone.
These plants grow on its surface and break the lava down to a powder, which retains moisture and plants grow in this dust, further breaking the lava down, so in several years the lava landscape becomes covered with vegetation.

      Waow, good to know. I just learn something that plants can still grow from a volcanic lava area overtime. But with a long period of years
