RE: An open letter about health / Открытое письмо про здоровье
Thank you for such a detailed reply in the form of a post.
I believe it's not the stress over a short duration that triggers this, but rather a chronic process. Currently, I'm not feeling particularly stressed, but reflecting on my past reveals events and losses that did induce significant stress. Negative interactions with certain individuals can leave lingering negative energy. Unfortunately, avoiding such people is not always possible. So, perhaps, these experiences have contributed to the current situation.
I want to emphasize to anyone reading this: never be the negative person causing harm. While some events are beyond our control and are nature's way, I don't believe they lead to this kind of damage. It's often people who make others unwell.
I have shared your breathing exercise with my husband and dad also.
I am ever so grateful for such detailed breakdown.
Regards
I think you're right. Acute stress can cause harm, but that normalises pretty quickly.
When the state of stress is prolonged and there is a chain of stresses..... over time they deplete resources and the stress becomes chronic stress. If you skip this phase, the next state is distress. This is even more serious.
Communicating with a negative person leaves a memory of the negative phrases they have uttered. These phrases can be worked with and their negative influence removed.
I'm going to have to do another post..... ))
Yes please 🫣
