DECEPTION CASE: Stolen Identity of Gret Lusky, an Illustrator for DC and Marvel/IDW @gretlusky

Hello my dear Steemians and Art Fans,

 

Today we wanted to present another Big case in our opinion of stolen Identity this time of very popular Illustrator Gret Lusky who is currently working for DC Comics and Marvel/IDW Publishing.

Before we go ahead let‘s give you some background information about the person whose Identity was stolen.

Let’t start from beginning, this account was created on 12 October 2020

 

 

• First post says:

 

When we saw that we were very excited to have someone like Gret Lusky who is relatively well know Artist with her amazing Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, Daviantart and two of her own website.

Actually if such person would have joined Steemit then definitely many of her followers might also joined Steem blockchain.

Suspicion of Stolen Identity

But unfortunately it was not the case. After trying to communicate with the person @gretlusky and leaving comment under the account we have received no contact.

Then we left message in real Grets website, asking if that is herself registered in Steemit, but did not here for some time.

Someone who probably was very jealous of her talent and popularity of real Gret wanted to use it and got registered under her name.

• One day we noticed this message under the posts of that user:

 

That also confirmed our suspicion. In order clarify who is who we this time left message in her Instagram and here is the REPLY from real Gret Lusky:

 

 

That is finally clear that the account does not belong to real Artist and actually dropping a shadow on Steem blockchain, especially if it is taking so long for Admit on Steemit to answer when someone is contacting and reporting Identity Thief.

I hope with this post @steemitblog and @steemcurator01 will delete the account with stolen images.

We all have to be cautious and keep an eye on any suspicious accounts to prevent spread of such people who abusing the platform, spreading plagiarism or stealing Identity.
