Tonight, I'll show you my activities today: digging the soil into a larger polybag. I do this to ensure the clove seedlings I planted grow quickly and without any obstacles.

The seedbed has narrowed, requiring a larger space for the roots. I hadn't noticed this before, so it's natural that many clove seedlings wilt and die, as the soft roots are crushed by the small media.

This is my latest experience: it turns out it's better to plant in a larger media from the start to avoid problems. But what can I do? It's all over, and now it's time to do what's best for this entire clove nursery:

Effects of small planting media

Steem users can see the consequences or effects of a small planting medium. Nearly 50% of my clove seedlings died and wilted, out of a total of 600 clove seedlings. This loss was solely due to my lack of funds to purchase a larger planting medium, resulting in almost everything falling apart.

However, I am grateful. After conducting extreme observation and investigation, by opening several small planting media, I discovered that the dead clove seedlings were almost entirely dead. The soft, dead roots were crushed. As they searched for a way out of the planting medium, hmmmmmm... I took a deep breath. Finally, I found the problem.

Meanwhile, I thought it was due to insufficient fertilizer and a deadly pest attack. However, I have found the answer, and I can smile. Despite the losses, I am working towards a future profit from selling these clove seedlings.
