If somebody writes a shit post, they're told it's a shit post. Basically, a community that is what we want the rest of Steemit to be. Only we ignore the rest of Steemit. It's our Oasis.

In principle, a whalevote is not bad. But if you have to enter a special club to get a whalevote, ii's nuts. Nuts if you lookup the international well known tagging rules from Goooooogle and all the others. @chriddi and you wrote about disadvantages of the running whale lotteries.
They make lotteries, because they are not willing to read thousands of postings a day. I can understand, that investors don't like to read. BUT there's a question. Is it really such a hard work to point out serious curators, working for these Millions of STEEM in each language community? Is it such an impossible thing, to open a whalevote lottery that attracts professional writers and content producers? NO!!!
I notice, that the investors are still too lazy to find out a real good and healthy way for a whales voting lottery. It always should promote Quality XContent. Think about, and do it right. Quality Content Deliverers must not enter clubs and communities. There must be a better system to gather and vote the Quality Deliverers!
Your Idea is a good idea, the-gorila. It's at least the best idea I've noticed in during the whole club-scene-threat.
