Drawing Hiruzen Sarutobi from Naruto
This artwork presents the character Hiruzen Sarutobi in a simplified realistic style that relies on pencil drawing, where the gradual development appears from the basic features to the completion of the body and attire details .
In the first stage, I focused on drawing the basic features of the character Hiruzen Sarutobi with simple and clear lines, highlighting his dignity through the facial expressions, the beard, and the traditional hat, to be the foundation for building the rest of the painting’s details later.
In the second stage of my artwork on the character Hiruzen Sarutobi, I added the details of the body and the traditional Hokage attire, while maintaining the same pencil drawing style and its clear lines. I focused on highlighting the features of strength and wisdom through the standing posture and the drawing of the cloak and the hat distinguished with the fire symbol, so that the character appears more complete and expressive of his status, while continuing to preserve the simplicity that paves the way for the upcoming stages
In the final stage, the features of the character Hiruzen Sarutobi became more complete and clear, as I added the full details of the body with the traditional Hokage attire down to the legs. I also added the staff that reflects the symbolism of strength and wisdom, while maintaining the pencil drawing style with clean lines and light shading that highlight the character’s power and dignity. This stage is considered an advanced step toward the final artwork, where the artistic work appears more balanced and clear in its details .
Drawing the character Hiruzen Sarutobi was an enjoyable experience full of details that brought the character to life. Through these stages, I was able to express my drawing skills and enjoy every step of the creative process. With every pencil stroke I made on the paper, the character appeared more realistic and beautiful.
