This is an old house built in 1983, the floor level inside is now lower then the street level which is why it gets flooded when there is a heavy downpour of rain plus the roof and the ceiling is already rotten as well so a new house must be built.
It was included in my plan after I realized that I can never have a Kidney transplant anymore so I changed my priority since my mother wants a new house as she told me "before she dies."
After I contemplated on what she told me, I might never forgive myself if she dies not having her wish to come true. So after I finally got the necessary funds, we gave my plan a go and I hope God wills it for us to stay in a decent, safe, presentable, and comfortable home soon because we needed it badly.
