You know as well as me that if you never use your muscles you get weaker and weaker. It's normal, so start doing things again. It might take longer but it is possible.
If that roof is useless it can be removed.
Tell your sister to change houses and let her enjoy the dark, hot and impossibility to sit outdide and if course, enjoy the smell of her dog.
Instead of baking bread your father could have also let a baker deliver it. There are plenty with us who let another baker do the bread or the cakes.
.btw the worst profession you can start if you have lung issues is a baker, the flour affects the lungs and causes allergies too.

When I exercise I would strain my joints and walking in the other hand is not like before, I have the strength but I am forced to walk like an old person walks, dragging my feet in small steps. However unlike before I can at least go from point A to point B now without being breathless and so much pain.
But as soon as I achieve a much better improvement on my bone s, it will be the only point where I will try to do stuffs like washing dishes or even cooking particularly when we have a better house settings here if God wills it for me to at least renovate this house.
The interior of my sister's house is as dark as ours now because of that extended roof. They seem to not mind it because they are always in their A/C rooms which is why I am worried that my nieces would develop bones issues, they do not go out from their room/house unless it is school time.
My father has his own way of doing things especially businesses which is not for him because it all flopped. When I was still young, h partnered with his cousin in establishing a business for fixing cars. Apparently they also feed their workers, the business soon went belly-up because of poor management. His cousin went rich while my father got back working abroad as a mechanic, resigning and going back with a smaller salary. That is why we grew up with my mother having a very tight budget and nothing extra for us to enjoy, no birthday parties, vacations, and eating out as a family. We never ate out as a family but only when I and my sister was with my mother when she goes to the market to buy a week's grocery from the wet market when we were just kids which I cherish a lot. My father when he goes home, he would prepare beer foods and drink with his friends, every single time he goes back home working from abroad. This is too much info but I just want to say it.
I really want to target practice again but with a better type of airgun and definitely not using a CO2 tank because it is just impossible for me to turn its valve to refill the airgun. I just like this particular rifle because powder burners are just expensive and firing a gun is a big deal here in my country, I even got yelled at by my neighbors when I use my air rifle, one reason I want a house with a backyard like my eldest brother, he lives near a rice field.
