With us you will not find that and for sure not if it comes to medication. Perhaps if you want to visit a museum or some attraction park. I am happy for you and wonder why you didn't do this years ago.
I only heard about Food Panda if it comes to it's name. Never saw a delivery service except Domino pizzas and that pizza was grease, leaked through the box on my clothes. Never again.
Years ago there was 20% percent discount only for senior citizens until persons with disability got 10% off for their purchases until we also got 20% then afterwards 12% off from value added tax (VAT) was added to the discount. On top of it, the government was able to lower the price of some of the essential medicines which the citizens uses including some drugs which are before very expensive and it helped a lot of people.
I am surprised that your country doesn't give such discount privilege Miss @wakeupkitty considering that I know that your country can be able to do so more then my country. Well the politicians in my country at least had some empathy for its elders and people with disability with regard to our concerns, that is why the government insurance service improved the benefits of its members and depending on the municipality that a PWD and Senior citizens belongs into, they can avail the government insurance for free as the local government will pay for it.
Anyway, the FoodPanda service app is very convenient especially if you want to get your groceries and food without leaving your home. As for myself I can enjoy my discount now. I only had recently used it and upon discovering the discount, I applied until it got approved after I went to our municipal office to have my PWD ID number put into the national registry, it was required by the app and so I got approved, thanks be to God.
