On the other hand, regarding the delegation, I guess that it means something like a "loan" of SP. I am willing to do the required matters you tell me. At the date of expiration, it is me that have to return the SPs?
As you may see, I am an utterly begineer.

Yes, it looks like a loan for 14 days. After this period, the delegation can be either withdrawn or left. It all depends on your activity and your creativity.
