The Beauty that comes after the Rain

Few days ago it rained in the morning, well it had been raining already in our place dut to ITCZs but perhaps the dry season has already passed. I enjoy the rain so much because we have crops planted in the farm and I really like to listen to the rain falling on my roof . The husband and I were talking about how wonderful the rain sounds on our roof last night and we concluded that it was our luxury, something rich people cannot hear because of their well built roofs and ceilings.

The photo above is my entry to waterdrops challenge 17. The photo shows waterdrops trapped on the cassava leaf waiting for something to shake the tree for it to fall and if not, it would just evaporate to the surrounding as the temperature goes up with the sun.

A few days ago, I posted about my phone camera that got broken after the family photo I took, there I mentioned that I thought my husband would suggest me to buy a new one soon but what he said was that I could fix it myself and so I did ( though I had been wanting an upgrade but not needed). Today I fixed the phone and was able to take the picture.

And one more thing is that the concrete ground revealed awesome reflections I enjoyed and thsi beauty only comes out when the rain comes.
