Daily Diary - September 22 2024

Another quiet day. Today, I couldn't even get to 10k steps. Didn't do much all day. I woke up, cleaned my room and went to my friend's place so we could cook and eat. We prepared fufu and light soup with goat and cow meat with a little salmon. She also got some for her cousin who was at work. I went to escort her to give it to her cousin.

After eating, we slept a bit and woke up to eat the remainder. I left for my house after. I called her when I got home to express my appreciation for the gesture. In this economy, cooking for people is a difficult task but she did that without any input from me. God bless her for that.
