Hello @dove11, I fully understand is important to vote the posts from the new joiners to encourage them, but do it without any guideline is just useless. This post does not follow the standard quality of the platform, and I consider if you form part of new joiner's team is also part of the job guide them how to do better. Regards
Hi @marianaceleste I know what you mean! and that's what is the purpose for reinstating this program. Remember we all were newbies once and we all made mistakes. We are planning to run a wide training program but till then we shall have to tolerate such posts even if they do mot come up to your community's status to some extent. Let's make them worthy of this platform. I have supported 140 newbies in my personal capacity and trust me at least 50% are in the top bracket. Have a nice time!
Hi @dove11, I understand all of at some point were beginners, and that's not my point. My point is that we need to give them the guidance and tools for them to do it better. I'm not forming part of any curation team and I have a moral duty to give some recommendations and I believe all of us must do that without any "training program".
