Well... I don't think the idea of the transperson was entirely rational. An adult surely understands that a gynaecologist cannot treat the appearance of female anatomy. But that's exactly where I see the problem: someone who becomes so caught up in their idea, their feeling of belonging to the biologically opposite sex, may no longer be able to view it objectively. If you are pathologically convinced that you are something – then you don't just adapt your exterior...

There is a serious underlying psychological problem in this whole situation, the same as those who believe they are cats, panthers, who are 50 years old and say they are 2 years old, and are bottle-fed, in short, there is a whole process of distortion of normality, and some aim to turn this whole disaster into a normality, there are many who need psychological therapy, definitely, thanks for the comment.
